Water Grand Challenges: Groundwater Rights in Texas
MetadataShow full metadata
Texas has established regulatory policy for groundwater and surface water differently, and approaches each as individual processes. Despite the legal separation, through modern technology, we now understand that surface and subsurface waters are inextricably linked.
