Abstract
Over the past year, this group of scholars and an archivist collaborated on the topic of Palestinian archives and research. We’d like to lead a discussion covering: (1) an introduction to poetry and on Palestine, focusing on selections from Naomi Shihab Nye's anothology "the flag of childhood," (2) archives of Palestine and the Palestinian diaspora–in Central Texas, nationally, and internationally, and (3) Global Palestine, and conclusions drawn in this project.
