dc.description.abstract | The ElemMath Exploratory Research project represented the first study in a trajectory of studies aimed at understanding how to maximize the impact of professional development on classroom instruction. This project was done in conjunction with MIG group at Hernandez intermediate school. I worked with three teachers in the lesson study project.
