Descriptive and psychometric analyses were conducted to examine alternate forms of comprehensive exit examinations for an undergraduate healthcare administration program. The variables: a) comprehensive demographics; b) personality type; c) mentor presence; and, d) prior healthcare experience served as explanatory or predictor variables in an exploratory regression analysis to identify relationships and/or influential predictors of early careerist healthcare administration competency. Results posit several areas for future research, including a methodological framework for test development and revision in order to establish parallel healthcare administration comprehensive exit exams.en_US
