Abstract
This article overviews principles of IT project management for online library projects. It reviews project management methodologies, SWOT analysis, stakeholder documents, agile programming and project management methodologies for library IT and other large library projects reflecting on efficacy and necessity on these projects, especially in the case of large technology projects.
