dc.description.abstractThis talk was presented at the Texas State Philosophy Dialogue Series panel on peace. It examined peace through the ideas of Jane Addams. Her notion of positive peace is contrasted with the dominant concept of negative peace. Her concept of peace is summarized and explained in the term peaceweaving.
