dc.description.abstractThis session demonstrates that captions for streaming video should, and can, be part of every library’s suite of services. It provides information on accessibility law, and how its provisions should guide libraries to more robust services for all. It also covers licensing and vendor relations, and suggests workflows that can enable implementation of captioning services.
