dc.description.abstract | Teachers are dissatisfied and are experiencing a loss of self-efficacy because of perceived differences and communication mismatch between themselves and students in the classroom. This study investigated how perceptions of homophily and nonverbal immediacy may work to improve the gap between teacher and student differences and improve teacher job satisfaction and teacher self-efficacy. The purpose of this study was to discover communication behaviors that teachers need to acquire for the classroom. | |
