dc.description.abstractIt is the purpose of this paper to present the history of participation in tennis at Southwest Texas State Teachers College and to make a study of the problems of dual meet and tournament play in the Lone State Conference. An attempt is made to draw certain conclusions regarding these problems of dual meet and tournament play in the light of the history of tennis at this institution.
