Abstract

We study the existence of solutions to the boundary-value problem ∆(φp(∆u(k - 1))) = ƒ(k, u(k), ∆u(k)), k ∈ T[1,N], ∆u(0) = A, u(N + 1) = B, with barrier strips conditions, where N > 1 is a fixed natural number, φp(s) = |s|p-2s, p > 1.
