dc.description.abstractIn this article we study the fourth-order viscoelastic plate equation utt + ∆2u - ∫t0 g(t - τ)∆2u(τ)dτ = 0 in the bounded domain Ω = (0, π) x (-l, l) ⊂ ℝ2 with non traditional boundary conditions. We establish the well-posedness and a decay result.
