dc.description.abstractThe American Society for Public Administration has a PhD Summit every year at its annual Conference. This Power Point Presentation is part of the Summit. It addresses issues surrounding the challenges of academic publication. It discuses the journal submission process, the editor's perspective and ways to ensure an article has coherence between the research question, conceptual framework, methodology and data analysis phases of the empirical research process.
